QUALITY POLICY

The management of SDT AIR ensures that the needs and expectations of our customers are identified, converted into requirements, and fully met in order to achieve customer satisfaction, including legal and regulatory provisions, thereby exceeding the expectations created.

The scope of the management system covers the design and production of products and services.

Management has made a firm decision to integrate quality into the company’s strategy and to provide the techniques and tools necessary to pursue continuous improvement.

We seek to convince everyone involved in “the quality progress spiral” and all those who make up SDT AIR that a quality system means a more efficient use of business resources: equipment, materials, information, time, etc., and therefore results in lower costs and higher productivity.

We understand that the quality system involves all company collaborators in any of their roles. For this reason, great attention is paid to raising awareness among all members of the organization.

With regard to employees, SDT AIR will promote, monitor, and strengthen a good working environment, and will work to keep them committed to the organization and its policies, encouraging their training and the development of their potential in order to help them achieve their professional goals. With regard to collaborating suppliers and agents, SDT AIR will offer and require loyalty, professionalism, confidentiality, and cooperation in order to jointly develop procedures that allow us to improve our purchasing and management costs, ensuring that they always meet our quality and safety requirements as an important part of our processes.

Objectives will be established that are aligned with this policy and that will also identify the requirements, resources, and schedules for their achievement.

This policy will be subject to periodic review by management in order to adapt it to the reality of each moment, and it will be communicated to all personnel who make up SDT AIR, as well as to any other interested party.
